This recording is the only one not from the 1980's but rather from 2004. Yet it has the same aroma that my 1980's music had. Maurice Ravel's Bolero is one of the most intriguing classical compositions, and I decided to create a new and challenging rendition of it. This a world music interpretation, that involves, Tabla, exquisite Keyboard playing by Ruslan Sirota, and mesmerizing duet between Samir's vocals and my soprano saxophone.
